agreement
By commissioning me an application, you agree to the following:
✓ You are of legal age.✓ You have usage rights to any reference materials and/or designs provided for use in the project.✓ You are able to provide credits for any third-party reference or designs.✓ You are responsible for understanding the usage policies and terms of the platforms you use the artist’s deliverables on.
payment
Payments are done in USD and will be processed via Paypal invoice.
A 5% Paypal fee will be added to the total.
Commissions below $100 are payed fully upfront.
Commissions above $100 can be split into 2 payments.
Tips are appreciated but not necessary, and are non-refundable.
rush order
Rush orders will be completed in 1-5 days
Limited spots so please ask before requesting.
Available for 50-100% of the total commission price depending on workload.
Rush orders must be paid fully.
cancellation
I do not offer refunds to clients for cancellations after work has been started.
Full refunds are given if I cancel a commission and if it was not started on.
If work has already been started then the refund amount will be lowered for the work already started or finished. This will be deducted by the number of hours worked on.
There are no refunds possible after delivering final project files.
general terms
I, Linxixy, have the right to refuse any project.
Upon submission of an application, the project will be reviewed and a proposal sent based on the project details provided by the applicant.
An invoice cannot be made without complete references of character design/artwork.
Major details for the commission must be proposed from the start and can not be changed once agreed upon.
Payment must be made prior to starting on commission.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Commissions may take 1-8 weeks to complete.
Video edits, AMVs, and Overlays may take longer depending on their complexity.
Priority/Rush commissions will be given precedence and will increase the time required for other commissions.
Purchase of original project files or project components may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.
Please let me know if you do not want to get name tagged on social media.
If you require more sketches then what is offered, there will be an additional charge for the extra sketch.
If you need to make any extra changes after the commission is fully finished, additional charges depending on its complexity. If I am responsible for the mistake, I will correct it at no additional charge.
Finished commissions will be sent through Discord, Email, OR Google Drive.
copyright
Client must provide full credits to Twitter (@linxixy) on any social media they use the deliverable on.
As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, prints, streaming, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks.
NDA fee are available for full privacy until debut.
Client is not authorized to sell, redistribute, print, teach AI, mine NFT or claim them as their own, unless discussed.
Commercial rights are available for purchase
Commercial fee is needed for pieces that will be printed in any way or used for merchandise products, advertisement (conventions banners, business cards, etc.) and more.
All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including electronic files used to create the project, remain the property of Linxixy.
The client assumes all liability under copyright laws for any assets provided by them.
Any intellectual property assets owned or licensed by the client before engagement with Linxixy will remain the property of the client or its licensor.
Project files are the intellectual property of Linxixy and are not included in the cost of commission.
Client must ask for permission before changing or modifying any finished artwork. (ex: having another artist animated the finished artwork/etc)
